浙江省以房养老的可行性研究

“以房养老”是当前的一个热门话题。作为老龄化程度排全国第二的浙江省，能否顺利推行“以房养老”新模式，为此，文章通过对浙江省“以房养老”的实施情况及模式分析，揭示了传统观念的约束、法律法规不健全、房地产市场前景未知、养老服务机构的信用保证和服务质量等问题是推行“以房养老”的巨大障碍，为此提出了“以房养老”的对策建议。

Feasibility Study of the Housing Endowment in Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang province already has the second oldest population in China. The housing endowment is a hot topic at present. The ways to solve the endowment problem are diversified. The housing endowment, as a new concept for this issue can be vigorously popularized or not is under discussion. In this paper, we took the situation of Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze the implementation and patterns of the housing endowment. This paper put forward some suggestions by taking people ’s concerns into consideration, therefore to improve the pension services.
