Applications and Preparations of Alpha-tocopherol Glycosides

Alpha-tocopherol glycosides have become one of the principal products of vitamin E derivatives, due to their stabilities. So far, there are hundreds of tocopherol glycosides which have been synthesized and they have various pharmaceutical functions. Some of the glycosides have much higher bioactivities comparing with tocopherol, some of them are more easily absorbed by human body, and some have better surface activity.
