| 摘 要： | 宁波市初步形成了市、区、镇三级社区教育网络格局,社区教育特色不断凸显,然而,面临着管理体制不顺畅、重复建设、区域发展不均衡、保障不够有力、制度化建设滞后等问题。为了构建宁波市终身教育体系,打造更具宁波特色的社区教育模式,必须优化、整合全市社区教育资源,理顺和规范管理机制和运行机制,发挥宁波社区大学的龙头骨干作用,加强师资队伍建设,探索社区教育服务多元化途径。

| Abstract: | A three-level network of community education, covering the downtown, districts and towns has been formed in Ningbo and the community education has been widely carried out with its own education features. However, there are some problems such as discord of leadership and management structure, duplication of resources, uneven development among regions, inadequate protection, and systematization lagging behind. For the construction of lifelong education system in Ningbo city and the creation of Ningbo＇s development mode of community education, we must optimize the integration of the city＇s community education resources, rationalize and standardize the management system and operational mechanism of community education, pay more attention to the role of Ningbo Community University, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and research staff while exploring the diversified service approaches to community education. |
