基于直觉模糊距离的外包商选择

摘    要:随着市场竞争的加剧,为了节约运营成本,提高核心竞争力,人力资源管理外包成为当前很多企业的战略选择。文章运用直觉模糊数来刻画专家对备选外包商的评价,并采用直觉模糊距离对两两专家意见的一致性进行聚合,得到专家群对备选外包商评价意见的综合一致度,从而根据综合一致度的大小确定最佳外包商。最后,文章通过一个实例来说明这种方法在人力资源管理外包商选择中的应用。

Abstract:Due to the intensifying market competition,many enterprises have made the decision of HRM outsourcing to save operation cost and improve core competitiveness.This paper used intuitionistic fuzzy sets to describe the experts group's evaluation on the outsourcers and analyzed how much they share in common by intuitionistic fuzzy distance. Therefore, an agreement was achieved to decide the best outsourcer. Finally,this paper explained the method in HRM outsourcer selection by providing an example.
