| 摘 要： | 随着供应链管理思想的发展,传统物流也向供应链物流发展。文章基于海尔、戴尔和丰田企业的供应链物流的运作特征,对生产企业供应链物流模式进行了分类,并对各种模式的竞争优势特征做了详细的分析,最后探讨了每一种供应链物流模式的成功与企业和产品的配合。

| Abstract: | With the development of the theory of supply chain management,the traditional logistics is developing to supply chain logistics.This paper categorizes the supply chain logistics model of manufactory,and analyzes the characters of competition advantage of every model,based on characters of the model of haier,dell and Toyota.And then this paper discusses the assorting of the success of every supply chain model with the characters of enterprise and product. |
