教学反思与高校外语新手教师的专业成长

摘    要:随着高校大批年轻外语教师的引入,如何推动新手教师在专业上迅速地成长成为各高校的重要关注点。文章首先分析了教学反思的理论背景以及新手外语教师群体中存在的问题,然后进一步总结出教学反思的四个促发因素,并为年轻教师提供系列用于自我反思的手段和方法,以便他们在专业上更快地成长。

Abstract:With large quantities of young foreign language teachers'swarming into colleges,a problem has called college administrators'close attention,that is,how to help young teachers grow rapidly in their profession.The article firstly analyzes the theoretical background of teaching reflection and the problems in the young group;then it has a summary on four stimulating factors of teaching reflection;finally,it provides young foreign language teachers with series of reflection measures for their professional development.
