By the contrast of the managers knowledge capital and other capital, this paper proves the importance of knowledge capital in the social development, brings out discussion of the quantification of the managers knowledge capital and how to quantify. At last, it put forward some questions that should be paid attention to during the process of quantification of knowledge capital.
