摘    要:研究了不同处理的吊红柿子常温贮藏下的生理和品质的变化。结果表明,乙烯吸收处理和GA3浸果处理对柿子的保鲜均有较好的效果,二者结合对柿子的保鲜起增效作用,可大大减少的完熟率和腐烂率,延长果实的脱涩时间,降低果实的呼吸强度,维持较高的糖、酸及单宁的含量。硬度保持最好的为浸液处理,但贮藏后期腐烂率较高。

Abstract:Changes of physiology and quality of "Diaohong" persimmon with different treatments during ambient temperature storage were studied.Results showed that treatment of ethylene absorbent and GA 3 soaking could both keep persimmon fresh.Ethylene absorbent combination with GA 3 treatment reinforced the effect resulting in the reduction of the ripeness ratio and rotting ratio,prolonging the period of astringency removal,decreasing respiration and maintaining higher contents of total soluble solids,titratable acid and tannin.The best treatment for keeping firmness of persimon is soaking,the side effect of which is a higher rotting rate at later stage.
