| Abstract: | Since the policy of reform and opening up was conducted in China 30 years ago, the philosophy and social sciences in Ningbo has covered three historical periods： emerging, striding forward and rising sharply. The inheritance, innovation and serving the Ningbo are main themes in the development of philosophy and social sciences. Development of philosophy and social sciences is benefited from the economic and social booming, whereas it continues to provide spiritual impetus and intellectual support for the economic and social development |
