| 摘 要： | 我国目前劳动合同短期化现象相当严重,而该问题在立法中却一直未受到重视,2006年初《劳动合同法》草案对该问题的规定依然没有改变现状。文章旨在为劳动合同期限制度的重构提出一些微薄建议。
