| 摘 要： | 文章选取供应链上游层面VMI模式为研究对象,考虑实施VMI前后采购零部件的价格变化,对供应商利润和制造商成本造成不同的影响,通过构建成本利润模型,探讨上游层面实施VMI的价格契约条件,文中最后得出了实施VMI的价格范围,在该范围内供应商和制造商双方能够实现双赢,该研究为上游层面VMI模式的顺利推广提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the upstream segment of a supply chain under vender managed inventory （VMI） model, including the supplier and the manufacturer. In this part of the supply chain, the changes of the price between the purchaser and the supplier led to the difference in providers＇ profit and manufactures＇ cost. Therefore, the VMI model will be of help to explore the upstream level of VMI price contract conditions. Finally, this paper got the price range of VMI and a theoretical basis was provided for the win-win achievement. |
