| 摘 要： | 第三方物流作为“第三利润源泉”正受到广大企业的普遍重视。但由于我国物流行业起步较晚，特别是第三方物流行业管理水平、技术水平还相当落后。文章通过对浙江中小型第三方物流企业现状的分析，试就找出发展壮大中小型第三方物流企业的相关对策提出了看法。
