| Abstract: | With the transformation of the economic system and the increase of social modernization in our country, employees at each level of the organization are suffering the greater pressure, which has become a serious social problem that cannot be ignored. This paper puts forward the suggestions on the greater pressure problem by describing urgency and essentiality of management, and essence and stress factors of pressure. |
