| 摘 要： | 以金边瑞香的花蕾作为外植体,接种于MS附加不同种类外源激素及其浓度配比的培养基中。结果表明:MS 6-BA2.00mg.L-1 IAA0.10mg.L-1愈伤组织诱导率最高,达85.1%;MS Zeatin1.00mg.L-1 6-BA0.10mg.L-1愈伤组织的分化率最高,达97.5%;MS IBA1.00mg.L-1有利于生根,生根率达89.2%,且试管苗生长健壮.

| Abstract: | The petal of Daphne odora var.marginata Mak.was used as the explants to the different culture mediums.The results showed that the optimal medium for callus induction of Daphne odora var.marginata Mak.was MS with 6-BA 2.0 mg/L IAA 0.08 mg/L and the induction rate was 85.1%;that the optimal medium for bud differentiation was MS Zeatin 1.0 mg/L 6-BA 0.10 mg/L and the differentiation rate was 97.5%;and that MS supplemented with IBA 1.0 mg/L was suitable for rooting and the rooting rate was 89.2%;moreover,the plants grew well. |
