| Abstract: | The choice and adoption of an effective motivation system has become an important task for many enterprises, especially private high-tech enterprises in China. In view of this, this paper compares various stock right-based motivation patterns in terms of their respective advantages and disadvantages based upon case analysis in hope that conclusions drawn hereby can provide some reference for Chinese private high-tech enterprises in making motivation decisions. |
