| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国经济持续快速发展,物流产业成为区域经济发展的一大亮点,但物流信息化人才的缺乏严重制约着物流企业的信息化步伐。通过分析物流信息化对人才素质和知识结构的要求,文章从培养目标、培养方式和培养路径入手,对物流信息化人才培养模式进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the sustainable and rapid development of China＇s economy,the logistics industry becomes an important part in regional economy.However,the lack of logistics informatization talents has seriously restricted the development of logistics industry in China.Through the analysis of logistics informatization＇s requirements on talent quality and knowledge structure,this paper discussed the training mode of logistics informatization talents from the perspective of training objective,training method and cultivation ways. |
