模拟英国议会制辩论中的论辩要素研究

在模拟英国议会制辩论中经常困扰论辩双方的问题是如何确立论辩要素,即辩论的焦点问题。文章运用内容分析法对国际知名辩手和裁判撰写的辩论稿中常见的论辩要素进行分析研究。结果显示：常见的论辩要素有五个,依次为方案的合理性、方案的后果、方案的有效性、对问题的深度分析和问题。

Stock Issues in Academic British Parliamentary Debate

This paper,based on the method of derived etic content analysis,focuses on the stock issues dealt with by renowned international debate champions or best speakers in academic parliamentary debate.It is concluded that five issues are most frequently covered in the sample debate speeches collected by the researcher;that the top concern from the international champions,best speakers,or chief adjudicators is ＂justification＂,the second is ＂consequences＂,the third is ＂effectiveness＂,the fourth is ＂in-depth analysis＂,and the last is ＂problem＂;that the ranking for the first four issues are reasonable while that for the last is not,because the ＂problem＂ issue is only dealt with in the Prime Minister＇s speech and debaters do not have to describe it in detail at the beginning of the speech.And yet the issue of ＂problem＂ is an indispensable part of the Prime Minister＇s speech,which means the Prime Minister is more likely to describe the problem and the setting in his or her speech.
