摘    要:师生关系与教学效果有着很大的相关性。当前大学的师生关系比较疏淡,不利于教师职前培养。因此,教师教育要重视师生关系的建构。教师在教学设计中应该确立建构和谐师生关系的目标,在课堂教学过程中注重与学生的交流与合作。

Abstract:There is a great connection between the teacher-student relationship and the teaching effect.At present, the relations between teachers and students are rather loose and plain.It is of no benefit to teachers'pre-professional training.So teachers should pay special attention to the building of the teacher-student relationship in their education, set up a goal to harmonize the relations between teachers and students and attach importance to communication and cooperation with their students in the course of classroom teaching
