| 摘 要： | 在金融业日益显现对社会资源高效配置的强大支撑能力之时，信息化已经成为现代金融服务的命脉。金融信息化人才是既懂金融理论又懂信息技术的复合型人才。文章分析了金融信息化人才的特征及需求变化，探索了在信息管理与信息系统专业建设的基础上培养金融信息化人才的方案设计及其实践。

| Abstract: | Informationization has become the life line of the modern finance service when the finance industry appears strong supporting capability to the effective allocation of social resources. Finance informationization talents are the compound talents who know both finance theory and information technology well. The paper analyzes the characteristics and demand change of finance informationization talent, and explores the project design and practice of cultivating finance informationization talent based on the information management and information system major construction. |
