| 摘 要： | 西兰花花梗褐心病的主要症状为花球部分花梗和花蕾的发育受阻, 病花梗表面和内部有小褐斑,髓部水渍状并可扩大到花球主轴髓部. 病花球经保湿2～3 d后其切口可形成大量白色霜霉状物. 将病花球切口上形成霜霉的孢子囊回接西兰花幼蕾,结果表明,该病害是Peronospora parasitica引起的新症状, 病菌主要在幼蕾期侵染. |

| Abstract: | Symptom of pedicle brown pith in broccoli was characterized by stunting of some pedicles and buds. Small brown spots were observed on surface and in inner of pedicle, which was accompanied by excessive water in pith of pedicle. Mass downy sporophores of fungus appeared on the wound of pedicle after infected flower ball was kept wet for 2-3 days. Young flower ball of Broccoli was inoculated by sporangia which were collected from the wound of diseased floral axis. The result revealed that the symptom was caused by Peronospora parasitica . The infection mainly occurred during the development of young flower ball. |
