| 摘 要： | 国际智力转移是国内企业技术进步、技术创新，提高国际竞争力的重要渠道。文章根据国际智力转移效应的函数模型关系，应用经济学原理来分析国际智力转移的技术选择、转移能力、转移条件、转移战略以及国际智力转移过程中市场竞争环境、政府扶持政策和技术服务体系等非技术因素所产生影响，探索提高国际智力转移整体效益的有效途径。

| Abstract: | International intellectual transformation is an important channel for technical progress and innovation of our enterprises,which plays a significant role in strengthening our power in international competition.Based on an economical model related to functions of international intellectual transferable effectiveness,by using economic principle,the paper analyses technical selection,abilities,conditions and strategy for the transformation,and the effect of suchnon technical factors as market competition environment ,governmental supporting policies and technical service system during the transformation of the international intelligence,putting forward effective ways for enhancing the overall benefit of the international intellectual transformation. |
