| 摘 要： | 试验研究以猪胸腺淋巴细胞为完全抗原，采用一定的免疫程序致敏兔，刺激兔产生抗猪胸腺淋巴细胞的特异性抗体，在30天后分离血清，免疫效价达到1：640，证明兔血清含有该特异抗体，免疫程序合理，抗体效价确实．

| Abstract: | The present study utilized swine thymus lymphocytes to be a completer antigen. A certain immune procedure was applied to stimulate rabbits, so that it can generate antibodies specialized swine thymus lymphocytes. The immunological potency of serum isolated after 30 days was 1：640. The results show that the serum contains specialized antibodies, the immune procedure was reasonable, and the immunological potency was confirmed. |
