基于供应链压力的中小企业社会责任实现机制

我国中小企业量大面广,承担社会责任的内在动机和外部压力双重缺失的现实决定了其社会责任水平低下.通过建立供应链治理机制,利用企业之间强烈的利益和行为关联约束,可促使中小企业履行社会责任,并实现治理成本最小化.构建基于国内供应链的中小企业社会责任治理机制,是当前我国特定背景下的现实选择,通过消费者选择、利益相关者监督机制作用于供应链核心企业,并通过供应链压力的有效传递,达到中小企业承担社会责任的目的.实现供应链治理机制应注意克服“错位效应”、“天花板效应”和“逆反效应”等负面效应.

On CSR Practice of SMEs Under the Supply Chain Pressure

The absence of CSR practices of SMEs can be attributed to the lack of both internal incentives and external pressure. The supply chain pressure can enhance SME＇s CSR practices by creating common benefits and stimulating cooperating behaviors. It is a practical choice to set up a mechanism of practicing SME＇s CSR in China. Meanwhile, such a mechanism can direct the consumer＇s pressure and the stakeholders supervision to the supply chain core enterprise and then they are delivered to SMEs by the supply chain pressure. The mismatching effect, ceiling effect and reactance effect should be overcome in this mechanism.
