| 摘 要： | 师德是教师的职业道德。仁爱、勤劳、勇敢、守信是做人的道德。教师是通过师德来实现自己的做人道德。孔子所实践的“学而不厌，诲人不倦”，最能体现师德的本质。教师所传授的知识技能的无私性为师德提供基础，留传精神生命基因的本能冲动为师德提供内驱力。

| Abstract: | Teacher＇s morality is ethics of the teacher profession. Being kind, industrious, brave and keeping one＇s word are the morality of being an upright person. Teacher achieves the professional morality by teacher＇s moral construction. ＂Having an insatiable desire to learn, teaching with tireless zeal＂ remarked by Confucius reflects the essence of teacher＇s morality. The selflessness that teachers pass on knowledge and skills is the basis of teacher＇s morality. To keep the genes of spiritual life is the intrinsic power that drives teacher＇s morality. When a teacher perceives of this, his career will enter new realm. |
