| 摘 要： | 高校的竞争是高层次人才的竞争,努力打造一支"专家型、服务型、实干型"的人事管理队伍是适应高校人事改革发展的需要.文章从制定和完善人事管理工作的制度、发挥人事管理工作者自身的主观能动性等方面就高校建设高素质的人事管理队伍进行了积极探索,为高校管理提供了一定的借鉴.
