活性艳蓝KN-R染料溶液微波催化脱色研究

摘    要:在载硫酸镍活性炭存在下,微波照射能使活性艳蓝KN-R溶液迅速脱色,每克载硫酸镍活性炭处理50mL、300mg/L的活性艳蓝KN-R溶液,微波辐照3min脱色率可达97.2%。实验结果表明,微波辐射下活性艳蓝KN-R在催化剂表面被氧化而降解。

Abstract:The color of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN R solution was rapidly taken off by microwave irradiation in the presence of nickelous sulfate supported on the activated carbon. The decolorization of 97.2% was obtained when the dye solution (50 mL, 300 mg/L) was irradiated for 3 minutes by microwave in the presence of 1 g nickelous sulfate supported on the activated carbon. The experimental results show that Reactive Brilliant Blue KN R is degraded by microwave radiation on the surface of catalyst.
