摘    要:首先用有机胺对蒙脱石 ( Na-基膨润土 )通过离子交换反应进行改性 ,然后将改性后的蒙脱石与双酚 A型环氧树脂在搅拌下充分混合 ,热模浇铸 ,制备出环氧树脂 -蒙脱石纳米复合材料 ,讨论了影响材料形成的各种因素 .利用 TGA、XRD、TEM、DMA等手段表征了材料的结构和性能 ;并对其形成机理进行了初步探讨 .定量计算结果表明 :形成纳米复合材料的推动力是环氧树脂在蒙脱石晶层间的固化反应热

Abstract:Na montmorillonite was modified by ion exchange reaction with organ amine,the epoxy clay nanocomposites were prepared by fully stirring clay modified and epoxy with the bisphenol A structure casting in heating. Various factors affecting the material formation were discussed. TGA, XRD, TEM and DMA were applied to characterize the structure and properties of composites and formation mechanism was also preliminarily explored. The results from quantitative computation indicate that the driving force of forming the nanocomposites resulted from curing reaction heat of epoxy in the galleries of montmorillonite.
