| 摘 要： | 在工程实践大量非平稳信号中，瞬时频率是这类时变信号的一个重要参数．指出了关于瞬时频率的传统定义存在的不足，同时在信号进行局域波分解的基础上，对非平稳信号的瞬时频率进行估计，给出了相应的计算公式，并通过仿真试验验证了其可行性和有效性．

| Abstract: | There are lots of non-stationary signals in engineering. Instantaneous Frequency(IF) is an important parameter of these time-variant signals. The shortage of the traditional definition of IF is pointed out. And the IF of non-stationary signals is estimated based on the partial wave decomposition method. The corresponding expression is also given. Simulation test shows that this method is feasible and effective. |
