NiTi形状记忆合金的振动主动控制研究

摘    要:以高分子材料梁为基体,在梁的两侧面嵌入M相状态的NiTi合金丝作为驱动组元,一侧面嵌入母相状态的NiTi合金丝作为振动感知组元;建立起振动主动控制系统,实现了系统振动主动控制的计算机仿真,试验结果表明;NiTi形状记忆合金可灵敏地感知系统振动,在低频范围内,可有效抑制振动;试验结果验证了计算机仿真结果的正确性,提出通过增加组内NiTi丝的可控数量,可有效地提高NiTi合金控振频率上限,探讨了NiT

Abstract:The active vibration control system of the high polymer beam with built in NiTi wires has been established. The digital simulation of the active vibration control has been accomplished. The results indicate that NiTi shape memory alloys can sense the vibration sensitively and control the vibration effectively in the very low frequency range (less than 1 Hz). It's possible that the limit frequency of the active vibration control can be raised effectively by increasing the quantity of the controlled NiTi wires in both groups. Some problems existing in active vibration control using NiTi shape memory alloys are discussed.
