| 摘 要： | 针对企业合理用水评价问题，依据层次分析原理建立了企业合理用水指标体系，分别采用标准企业赋权法来确定指标体系中各层指标的权重，这样既保留了层次分析法分类清楚、解释性强的优点．又发挥了标准企业赋权法人为因素少的优点．在炼油企业中的应用及理论分析证明，该方法理论上可行．实践中便于对企业合理用水进行横向比较。

| Abstract: | According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the water-using index system in refineries is ascertained. New method of determining the index weight is presented on the basis of ideal optimization scheme, and is adopted in each layer of index system. The above way can be achieved systematically and reduce artificial factors. The result of case studies shows that the method can correctly appraise the water-using situation and obtain rational arrangements among refineries expediently. |
