回转体测量仪软件系统的开发研究

摘    要:为了能在一次安装下测量诸如圆柱、圆锥、圆球、圆环以及它们组合体类的回转体零件内外型面的轮廓度误差,开发研制了新型的五坐标回转体测量仪,针对该仪器软件系统的开发研究,介绍了仪器的测量工作原理,给出了评定回转体零件轮廓度误差的最小区域和最小二乘法数学模型;最后介绍了软件开发过程中一些技术问题的解方法。该测量仪投入实用后,取得了很好的使用效果。

Abstract:In order to measure the outside and inside of the revolving solid,such as sphere,cylinder,cone,ring and their combination,a new type of revolving solid measuring machine with 5 coordinates has been made,The measuring principle of the machine is presented.The mathematical model to evaluate the profile error of the revolving solid by using the minimum zone method and the minimum least square method is given. At last,the method for solving some problems of the system software is presented.By using this machine in practice,good effect has been obtained.
