可逆式动压推力轴承新型结构最优参数的研究

摘    要:探讨将应用于抽水蓄能电站发电机组中的新型可逆式动态推力轴承结构,即采用改变摆动瓦两侧波纹管压力差和支承摆动瓦的球面油垫的压力分布以实现压力中心可调的侧推轴承结构。应用有限元法对二维Reynolds方程进行求解计算,从而求出这种新型推力轴承的油膜压力和油膜厚度分布,找出了在hmin=C时的最佳油楔角及与之对应的最大承载能力,并对这种轴承的参数进行实验证验。

Abstract:This paper deals with a new design of reversible hydrodynamic thrust bearing, which is to be applied to generators in pumped-storage hydroplants. It is such a new type of side-thrust bearings that it offers the possibility of adjusting bearing's pressure center by altering its bellow pressure difference between the two sides of the swing metal and the pressure distribution on the spherical oil pad supporting the swing pad. Finite element method is applied to solve the two dimensional Reynolds Equations. The pressure distribution and oil film thickness distribution of this thrust bearing are calculated. Based on this calculation, for a given thickness hmin =C, the optimal angle of oil wedge and its corresponding maximum load capacity are determined. And the experimental verifications are also conducted about parameters of this new bearing design.
