摘    要:使用广州四航工程技术研究院研制的湿固化结构用粘结剂,进行了同Araodite牌粘结剂的正拉对比试验.试验结果说明该湿固化粘结剂在潮湿混凝土表面应用时的正拉性能与干燥混凝土表面时相近,也不低于Araodite牌粘结剂在干燥表面时的性能.此外,还进行了两类粘结剂应用于钢筋混凝土梁粘贴加固的加载对比试验,也很好地验证了湿固化粘结剂优良的适用性.本研究成果对于在沿海钢筋混凝土结构中推广碳纤维加固技术,具有重要的意义.

Abstract:Comparisons of bond tests between moisture-curable adhesives developed by Guangzhou Sihang Institute of Technology and those of Araodite adhesives are done, and the tests results demonstrate that there is similar bond of the moisture-curable adhesives bonded on wet and dry concrete surface, and the values of bond are not lower than those of Araodite adhesives bonded on dry concrete surface. In addition, comparing loading tests is also done for the two kinds of adhesives bonded on wet and dry beam surface, and the tests results ulteriorly confirm that there is good feasibility of the moisture-curable adhesives used on wet concrete surface for strengthening. The results are very helpful for CFRP to be used in strengthening coastal reinforced concrete.
