大型衡器系统偏载荷数字化补偿方法的研究

摘    要:讨论了一般电子衡器中应变传感器的串、并联方法。提出了对大型衡器系统建立多维线性模型,以补偿偏载荷及系统内其他误差因素对计量精度的影响。利用最小二乘法,对该模型参数进行了辨识。基于实际的检定数据,给出了模型的辨识结果,验证了算法的正确性。

Abstract:In the first place,the series and parallel connection method of load cell in electronic scaksystem is disscused.Then,a multivariated linear model for compensating bias load and othererror factors in large electronic scale system is presented.The LS method is used to identify theparameters of model.A model identification result,based on a group of real calibrated data,isalso given. It is proved that it is correct.
