摘    要:用数值解析方法,计算了铸型在周期振动过程中,润滑剂流路内动压的分布和弯月面的形状;研究了当铸型外部施加高频交流磁场时,电磁压力对动压分布和弯月面形状的影响,分别用数值计算和连续铸模拟实验两种方法,探讨了施加与连铸铸振动同步的电磁场消除铸坯表面缺陷的可能性。

Abstract:Distributions of dynamic pressure in a flux channel and meniscus shapes are calculated by numerical analysis, and the effect of electromagnetic pressure on the distributions of dynamic pressure and the meniscus shapes is investigated. Moreover, the possibility of eliminating surface defects of continuously cast metals by synchronizing magnetic field with mold oscillation is studied by the numerical analysis and model experiments. The main results are shown in the following: the imposition of the magnetic field from the outside a mold widens the flux channel and suppresses the variation of meniscus shapes during mold oscillation. When the imposing period of the magnetic field is synchronized with the mold oscillation period including the lowest position of a mold, the better surface quality of cast metals is obtained. The amount of electric current requiring to get the same surface quality decreases in the order of the continuous magnetic field, the intermittent magnetic field and its synchronized imposition.
