离心式叶轮侧隙中气体流动微分方程初值的确定

摘    要:计算高压离心式水泵、压缩机转子流体轴向推力时,需要计算叶轮侧隙中流体 压强的分布。解流体流动微分方程时,本文运用简单流动模型提出确定初值的方法, 考虑了叶轮的密封泄漏量和顶隙等具体结构因素,取得较好的结果。

Abstract:It's necessary to calculate the pressure distri bution in the space between. the centrifugal impeller and the case for calculating the axial thrust of high pressure centrifugal pumps and compressures. An approximate method for deter- mining the initial values of differential equations of flow in the space between the centrifugal impeller and the case is presented. The calculating result shows that this method is very efficient to take the effects of the structure paramete rs and fluid leakage in the space between the impeller and the case into acco unt.
