摘    要:缓解水危机和水污染重要措施之一是在工业园区寻找水梯级利用的机会.为达到水的直接利用、混水再利用以及经过污水处理后水的再利用,提出建立优化现有工业园水资源的总体规划和管理模型.该模型考虑水传递系统的规模和成本,寻求企业问水再利用机会,同时节约水资源和降低经济成本.结论证明,模型适用于工业园水资源一体化规划.

Abstract:In order to alleviate water crisis and pollution, one measure will be proposed to seek water cascading opportunities within an industrial park. Such an approach focuses on developing an integrated water resource planning and management model by considering direct water reuse, water reuse with blending and treated wastewater reuse. The model also considers economy of scale and water delivery costs by identifying water reuse opportunities among enterprises, thus saving both water resource and economic costs. The case proves that the model is suitable for integrated water resource planning within an industrial park.
