摘    要:利用某种特定光学材料在阳光下无色而在红外或紫外等特殊光源激发下发出可见光的特点,将其通过条纹码的方式涂于车牌表面,条纹码通过一定规则代表着车辆的防伪信息.通过检测装置对防套车牌的光学隐码进行读取,将还原出的防伪信息与车辆真实信息作比对,判断车牌与车辆是否一致,通过这样的方法达到防套牌的目的.将相应的检测装置安放在收费路口,无需人为近距离操作,简单实用.通过对不同光学材料的特性研究及光谱检测,选择出一种合适的光学材料并用此材料制作防套车牌,经实验装置验证,该方法可行.

Abstract:Some specific optical materials,which are achromatic under sunlight,but visible under infrared and ultraviolet light or other special light sources,are spread by means of bar code on the vehicle license surface.The bar code represents vehicle′s forgery-proof information through certain rules.The vehicle license′s optical implicit code was read through the detector,and returned to the original state.By comparing the forgery-proof information and the vehicle′s real information,the consistence of the vehicle license and the vehicles was judged,and through such a method,the target of anti-fake vehicle license was reached.The corresponding detector was set in the charging intersection,which is easy to operate because short distance operation of human was no need.Through researching into the different optical materials′ characteristics and the spectrum examination,one appropriate optical material was chosen and anti-fake vehicle license was manufactured by it.The experimental results show that this method is feasible.
