摘    要:为了提高金刚石刀具切削钛合金零件的表面加工质量,减轻金刚石刀具的磨损,提出一种以二氧化碳、水及植物油雾化后的雾状混合物作为冷却介质的加工技术.冷却介质经研制的油气雾化装置喷淋到切削区,达到冷却、润滑及保护金刚石刀具的目的.对比实验表明,利用油气雾化技术,二氧化碳气体能够更充分地接触加工表面,使工件加工表面中微量铁原子直...
