摘    要:介绍了一种内部随机均匀分布微裂纹的数值模拟晶界破坏抵抗模型 .利用该模型对耐热合金钢SUS30 4高温蠕变疲劳内部微裂纹的萌生、扩展、合体全过程进行了数值模拟和分析 ,模拟结果与实验结果相吻合

Abstract:The behavior of micro\|cracks leads to the damage process of high\|temperature fatigue. In this paper, a model is proposed for simulating the spatial and temporal distribution of inner stochastic cracks and evaluating the process of fatigue damage. A visual simulation on SUS304 stainless steel during creep\|fatigue is conducted. Some features of inner stochastic cracks are obtained through the analysis of simulation results. This paper also presents the connections between numerical parameters and test conditions.
