Development of intelligent three dimensional vibration acceleration monitor

IVA-1 type intelligent three dimensional vibration acceleration monitor, a new handy vibration. measuring meter, has been developed in order to satisfy the needs of the real-time monitoring by the vibration and impact in the transportation vehicle of train, automobile, etc. and make sure of safe transportation of heavy-duty, precise, precious instrument. By using of newly developed three dimensional built-up piezoresistive acceleration transducer and key single chip microcomputer with A/D transformer, beyboard, liquid crystal indicator, intelligent micro- printer, etc. in the measurement system and with the function of real-time clock of system, initial correcting of the zero point error, continuous measurement or long-time monitoring, etc. for the sofeware, it realizes the numerical and intelligent measurement of three dimensional vibration measurement and can be directly applied to low-frequency vibration measurement of train, highway and other engineering fields(called"land black box").
