摘    要:提出了一种烟气脱硫新工艺.实验在无其他催化剂条件下进行,FeSO4为脱硫吸收液.脱硫过程中加入铁屑以实现高脱硫率和回收硫的目的.对比实验发现加入铁屑可显著提高SO2脱除效率.连续运行实验结果表明,脱硫率与吸收液pH的变化同步.吸收液中总铁物质的量浓度随时问的变化及初始FeSO4物质的量浓度对脱硫率和吸收液pH的影响显示,在保持较高脱硫率的同时,制取高浓度FeSO4溶液是可行的.并调查了吸收温度、液气比、空塔气速和SO2入口质量浓度对脱硫率和吸收液pH的影响.

Abstract:A new method of flue gas desulfurization is reported. FeSO_4 solution is used to remove sulfur dioxide without other catalyst. Scrap iron is deposited during desulfurization process in order to achieve sulfur recovery and higher SO_2 removal efficiency. Contrastive experiments demonstrate that SO_2 removal efficiency is improved obviously when scrap iron is added. The continuous experiment shows that the change of SO_2 removal efficiency and absorbent pH is synchronous. Moreover, the change of total iron molar concentration in absorbent with time and the effect of initial FeSO_4 molar concentration on SO_2 removal efficiency and absorbent pH indicate that SO_2 removal efficiency remains higher; meanwhile, higher concentration FeSO_4 solution can be gained. Finally, the SO_2 inlet mass concentration, liquid-gas ratio, superficial gas speed and absorption temperature are studied as parameters affecting the removal efficiency of sulfur dioxide from flue gas and absorbent pH.
