逐步回归响应面法

摘    要:在自适应过程中采用加权逐步回归对响应面进行拟合,有效解决了响应面函数中平方项和交叉项的聚舍问题,并可避免样本中存在的多重共线性造成的失真。算法根据迭代法中设计验算点附近的反馈信息对响应面的参数和形式同时作动态调整。由于样本点可以累积使用,每步迭代只需已入较少的样本点,使重分析的次数大为降低,适用于复杂结构的可靠性分析,数学和有限元算例表明,算法能在验算点附近精确,快速,稳定地逼近未知极限状态方程。

Abstract:A response surface method is proposed in which the response surface is fitted by weighted stepwise regression in adaptive iteration. The square and cross terms can be introduced automatically and more flexibly according to their contribution. The method proves a locally reasonable approximation to the actual limit state surface in the vicinity of design point. In addition, since the sampling points are used in a more efficient way, the corresponding structural reanalysis is reduced considerably.
