舰船纵向弯曲强度目标可靠指数初探

编制可靠性分析实用程序，将波浪载荷作简化处理，对现有舰艇和油轮 作了纵向弯曲强度可靠性分析，求出了相对可靠指数。这些可为确定目标可 靠指数准备条件、积累数据。同时得出了破坏概率和中剖面模数之间的关系 曲线，供设计时参考。建议尽快制定基于可靠性原理的舰船结构设计统一标 准，为最终实现按性能直接设计舰船结构的目标创造条件。

On target reliability index of ship longitudinal bending strength

The longitudinal bending safety and reliability are discussed with a practical program. The theory and program are based on the First Order Second Moment Method. With the simplifica- tion of wave moment,the longitudinal safety and reliability of some existing oil tankers and naval vessels are calculated and analysed. These data could be used as the reference in determining safe- ty degree and target safety indexes. The relationship between probability of failure and sectional modulus of midship is worked out and then drawn as a curve, which can be used in ship design stage. It is proposed to create an exclusive standard for ship design on the basis of safety and reli ability theory as soon as possible in order to prepare for the purpose of designing ship structure according to its function finally.
