焊接管节点设计承载力公式研究

摘    要:本文探讨了海洋和建筑工程中焊接管节点在静载轴力作用下的设计承载力问题;在剖析各国规范中极限承载力公式及影响其强度的主要因素基础上,提出了建议的承载力公式;由建议公式及日本、美国、欧洲规范公式计算值与筛选的试验值进行统计计算比较,结果表明:建议公式概念明确,表达形式简洁,各系数计算方便,统计精度较高。最后,根据我国新规范设计原则,并考虑到国产材质和节点焊接条件,提出建议的设计承载力公式。

Abstract:This paper investigates the problem of the design bearing capacity of welded tubular joints subjected to static axial load in marine and building structures. On the basis of analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity formulas of the spe- cification of some foreign countries and the principle factors affecting the strength, the proposed ultimate bearing capacity formula is developed. From the statistical comparison of the results calculated by the formulas according to the proposed method, the Japanese, American and European specifications with of the experimental results, it is shown that the proposed formula is clear in concept,simple in expression, convenient in calculation and it is more accurate. The proposed bearing capacity formula is also based on the design principles of the new specification of our country, with consideration of the quality of our steel products and the welded condition of tubular joints.This paper can be used as a reference for the draft of our national standard "Desingn Specification of Steel Construction" and for the practicing engineers.
