摘    要:采用有限元数值分析方法,分析了分隔板结构对挤出流动平衡性的影响,指出其调节流动均匀性的效果是非常明显的,对于型材截面上相邻区域壁厚相差悬殊的情况,采用分隔板结构是减小横向流动、提高挤出流动均匀性的最有效措施之一.针对分隔板有限元建模困难问题,提出了用边界约束条件替代模具结构几何特征的方法,其分析结果和采用真实分隔板结构时的分析结果基本一致,说明所采用的处理方法是合理的、有效的,能够大大降低有限元建模的困难性,提高分析效率和速度.

Abstract:The influence of flow separation on extrusion flow balance was analyzed with finite element numerical analysis. It is shown that employing flow separation is very effective to achieve flow balance. Using flow separation is one of the most effective methods to decrease cross flow and improve extrusion flow balance in the condition that the thickness of adjacent area in the section of profile is distinctly different. Aiming at the difficulty of finite element modeling of flow separation, the method by which die geometrical characters were substituted by boundary constraints is presented. The analysis result is the same as that of the real flow separation. Therefore, the proposed method is reasonable and effective. It can reduce the difficulty of finite element modeling and improve analysis efficiency and speed.
