微机解析弱极化数据评价材料的耐蚀性

摘    要:介绍了用微机解析电化学弱极化数据评价材料耐蚀性的方法,用这种方法研究了 碳钢、黄铜和铝在海水中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:微机解析方法能自动判断极化体系, 准确计算腐蚀速度及有关腐蚀动力学参数,实验简单、快速,数据利用率高,结果比 较可靠;显示出应用计算机的优越性。 在本实验条件下用微机解析方法评价出四种材料在海水中的耐蚀顺序为铝>紫铜 >黄铜>碳钢。

Abstract:The method of evaluation corrosion resistance of materials through Micro- computer Analysis of Weak Polarization Data (CAWP) is introduced. The corrosion of four materials, carbon steel, brass, copper, aluminium, are investigated in seawater by the method. The results show that CAWP can automatically determine the kind of polarizing system, and can give corrosion rate and kinetic parameter concerning iorrbsion. Experiment is simple and faster. The data have been fully utilized. The result is more accurate and accords with the data reported, showing the advantages of practising computer. In the experiment conditions, the sequenee of evaluating corrosion resistance of materials through CAWP is aluminium, copper, brass and carbon steel.
