摘    要:通过Ba~(2+)取代硫铝酸钙(C4A3-S)矿物中的Ca2+制备出胶凝性能优良的硫铝酸钡钙(C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S)矿物.选取了19个不同钡掺量的生料,在1 400℃条件下保温3h烧成不同的C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S矿物,并分析了钡掺量对C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S水化性能的影响.通过XRD Rietveld全谱拟合方法对熟料中的矿物种类和含量进行定量计算,并对C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S的晶体结构进行精修,分析了C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S中的实际钡含量和Ba~(2+)利用率.结果表明,随着钡掺量的增加,C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S的含量先增加后减少,在钡掺量为0.6 mol时达到最大,C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S的含量为93.2%.C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S矿物中的实际钡含量和Ba~(2+)利用率均随钡掺量的增加呈现出先增加后减少的趋势,钡掺量在0.4mol时合成了C3.61B0.39A3-S,Ba~(2+)利用率达到97.5%.并且随着钡掺量的增加C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S的晶面间距逐渐增大.C_(4-x)B_xA_3-S水化后的抗压强度随着钡掺量的增加逐渐增大,但当钡掺量超过1.4mol时,由于膨胀导致强度下降,最终试块胀裂.

Abstract:C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U mineral with excellent gelling property can be prepared by replacing the Ca 2+ in C 4A 3 AS-U mineral with Ba 2+ . Raw materials with 19 different barium mixing amounts are sintered in condition of 1 400°C for 3 h to get different C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U minerals and the effect of barium mixing amounts on hydration performances of C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U minerals is investigated. Quantitative calculation of mineral species and content of clinkers and C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U minerals crystal structure refinement are performed by XRD Rietveld whole pattern fitting. Actual barium amounts in C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U minerals and Ba 2+ utilization percentage are analyzed. Experimental results show that C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U content firstly increases and then decreases with increasing barium mixing amount, and when barium mixing amount is 0.6 mol, C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U mineral content arrives maximum (93.2%). Actual barium amount and Ba 2+ utilization percentage firstly increase and then decrease with increasing barium mixing amount, and when barium mixing amount is 0.4 mol, C 3.61 B 0.39 A 3 AS-U is prepared and the Ba 2+ utilization percentage is 97.5%. With the increasing of barium mixing amount, the interplanar crystal spacing of C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U minerals increases gradually. The compressive strength of C 4- x B x A 3 AS-U after hydration increases with increasing barium mixing amounts, however, it decreases when barium mixing amount is more than 1.4 mol due to the expansion, and finally cracks are observed.
