齿轮噪音和低噪音工艺研究

摘    要:对齿轮噪音和齿轮加工工艺进行了研究,成功地将噪音从81~83降低到76~78dB.在理论研究中,发现了误差齿轮的线外啮合和过渡过程的衔接撞击,探讨了几种有效的齿轮低噪音工艺.并对齿轮加工提出了有益的建议.

Abstract:A study on gear noise and machining technology of silent gears has been succeeded in reducing the noise from an average level of some 81~83 dB to 76-78 dB.In theoretical research, a phenomenon called "out-of-bound meshing of gears"and change-over impact are discovered.Experimental reseatch has been centered on some effective technology of silent gears.The authors also give out some suggestions for gear making.
