| 摘 要： | 应用广义马氏更新过程方法建立了有限队列ＧＩ｜Ｍ｜１｜Ｎ混合制排队系统的解析模型，给出了系统队长的平稳分布、平均忙期等稳态运行指标的递归计算公式．此模型具有简明、有效和通用性强的特点，而且易于计算机编程和数值计算．

| Abstract: | This paper studies the stochastic transition behavior of GI|M|1|N queueing systemwith a finite queue by means of generalized Markov renewal processes. Recursive formulas for the.steady-state performance measures,such as the distribution of queue sizes,mean busy periodlengths and so on,are then derived.Finally,some numerical examples are given to verify themodelling procedure. |
